Welcome to Poppy Lane by Ash! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they’re here to protect both you and us.

1. Handmade Products

Each item is handmade with care, which means slight variations are normal. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. We do not guarantee that every item will be identical to photos, but we do guarantee quality and craftsmanship.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are processed once payment is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if needed (you’ll be notified if this happens). Prices are subject to change at any time, and you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship on time, but once packages are with the carrier, delays are out of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Tracking will be provided when available.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective (such as a seam rip or workmanship issue). Please contact us at lehman21ash@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or store credit.

5. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and product descriptions on this site are property of Poppy Lane by Ash. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using our store, you agree that Poppy Lane by Ash is not liable for indirect damages such as delays, lost mail, or customer misuse of products.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here.
