Because each item is handmade with care, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a workmanship issue.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at lehman21ash@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include photos of the problem, and we’ll work with you to make it right — either with a repair, replacement, or store credit.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom orders
• Sale items
• Normal wear and tear after use
